This helmet has several stamps inside.
The 3 stands for the size of it, in this case 55cm. I found this information on world-war-helmets.com
There is a stamp H.R. showing this helmet was accepted for use in the Hungarian army.
953 = 1953
7 = July
The chin strap is also stamped 1953.
