The current modern 42 PainfBat is an operational unit that is part of 13 Light Brigade. The unit has taken over the old traditions of the Regiment Infanterie Limburgse Jagers and is now stationed in the Gen. Maj. De Ruyter van Steveninck barracks in Oirschot.
