This is the liner that cam with the Belgian M51 Army helmet UN and it is actually a Belgian Air Force liner.

That this helmet is actually made for Belgium is not only shown by the national colors on the left side but also by the color of the webbing.
Notice the chin strap this is normally not used by the Belgian forces, I think this was used by The Netherlands forces. Belgium would use leather chin straps.
