The shape of the helmet shell and the liner is like the British MKII.
The chin strap is like the one used in the American M1 helmet and the Dutch model 53 helmet.
One difference between the Dutch and British MKII is the method used to attach the chin strap lugs to the helmets.
In the British MKII the chin strap lugs are attached with the help of rivets. The chin strap lugs are welded to the shell in the Dutch MKII.
These helmets are manufactured in the years 1955 and 1956 by the company Verblifa or VB or Verenigde Blikfabrieken.
I found Verblifa on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlzZsVAT9wM.
These helmets were made for the "Bescherming Bevolking" a Dutch organisation founded in 1952.
The organisation used many refurbished helmets used in WW2.
