These helmets were used the "Bescherming Bevolking" a Dutch organisation founded in 1952.
The organisation used many refurbished helmets used in WW2.

Provincial commander 3 wide blue line background white
Head B.B. 3 wide blue line background white

The stamp in the liner shows M.v.O = Ministerie van Oorlog = Ministry of War.
194? this liner is Dutch but made before the 1952 the founding year of the BB.
This is my first liner with the M.v.O stamp, These liners were made for the Netherlands army and re-used by the BB. Ofcourse we do not know if this helmet and liner were ever used by the Dutch army.

People who had a somewhat managerial role at the BB could be found through the Enamel signs. These original signs were attached to the front door or door frame in the 1950s/60s/70s.
